The 2026 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 26th. Taking place at St. John’s City Hall from 7-9PM, we invite all members to attend the meeting. Doors will open at 6:30. 

We will be reviewing the association’s activities including our finances, the annual audit, and our future plans. The AGM is the perfect opportunity to get plugged into the ECTA and learn about some of our inner-workings!
