If you’ve experienced the East Coast Trail, you know what a treasure it is.

This treasure is made possible thanks to the ongoing support of ECT members, which helps us fulfill our mission, to provide a wilderness hiking experience by developing and maintaining the East Coast Trail, promoting public access, minimizing its impact on the natural environment and protecting it for future generations.

The East Coast Trail is a community achievement – a unique partnership of members, volunteers, businesses, communities and governments all committed to creating and sustaining an unparalleled wilderness hiking trail.

Gifting a membership is a great way to introduce a friend or family member to the East Coast Trail, or reconnect an existing member with their love of the Trail.

Give the gift of annual or life membership to a new or existing East Coast Trail member and share your love of the ECT with them. As the gift recipient, you will receive a tax receipt for the full value of the donation, and your gift recipient will receive all the benefits of an ECT membership. When completing the Gift a Membership form, you can choose an e-card and custom message to send to the recipient on a date of your choosing to notify them of the gift.
