Access Points:
- Renews - Cross Renews River on Route 10, proceed for 1.5 km, and turn onto Cutlers Road. Drive 500 m to the junction with O'Tooles Road, and 400 m to the parking area at the end of the road. Walk 300 m along O'Tooles Road to the trailead.
- Bear Cove - Park at the interpretation site south of the bridge.
- Cappahayden - Turn left where Route 10 curves west, onto the Old Southern Shore Highway. Drive 175 m, and park behind an abandoned garage. Backtrack 50 m north, turn right onto Florizel Lane and walk 50 m to the trailhead
Community Walk Island Meadow Path is the trail's Southern Terminus. This is the end of the trail.
