Volunteer Maintenance Outing – Sugarloaf Path
This outing is currently closed to the public & is reserved for a corporate outing. Registration to the public will be available August 8th if volunteers are needed.
Come help us prune trees and vegetation on Sugarloaf Path. The outing may include activities such as brushing, lopping, trimming, slash carry, fire pit remediation and water bar clearing. Hand tools, such as lopers and pruning shears, will be used. Hikers must be prepared to hike at least 3 km (approximately 1 hour, both in and out) while carrying tools.
Pre-registration for this outing is required but experience is not! We will provide training in East Coast Trail pruning standards at the beginning of the outing. To get more details about the outing, and to register, follow the Register Now link on the left.
