Parking: Park at end of Brook Path in Bauline: https://maps.app.goo.gl/j7dXcSCjhHKaY7bN6How to get from the parking area to the trailhead: Park at the end of Brook Path (a street just below the United Church in Bauline). Return along Brook Path, then turn left onto Main Road, and proceed downhill towards the harbour. After 200 m, turn right onto Seaview Lane, and follow the lane to the last house, and the White Horse Path trailhead.
Volunteer Maintenance Outing – White Horse Path
Come help us prune trees and vegetation on White Horse Path. The outing may include activities such as brushing, lopping, trimming, slash carry, fire pit remediation and water bar clearing. Hand tools, such as lopers and pruning shears, will be used. Hikers must be prepared to hike at least 3 km (approximately 1 hour, both in and out) while carrying tools.
Preregistration for this outing is required but experience is not! We will provide training in East Coast Trail pruning standards at the beginning of the outing. To get more details about the outing, and to register, follow the Register Now link on the left.
