NOTICE TO HIKERS: Water on Deadmans Bay Path

Attention Hikers:

ECTA Trail Management advises that a barachois on the East Coast Trail Deadmans Bay Path (between Fort Amherst and Blackhead) was breached in the past 24 hours due to heavy rainfall.

As of this morning, the water has receded to reveal the barachois again, but expect for footwear to get wet if crossing, and be prepared to take your time to get across safely.
