The High Maintenance Maniacs collect their prize

The winning team at the 10th East Coast Trail Tely Hike fundraiser took to the water in Cape Broyle for a grand afternoon offshore on September 11, 2010. The kayak prize for a team of ten was donated by Stan Cook who accompanied the group on their adventure, hauling up a sea urchin and starfish for a marine biology lesson on the waves. Great time had by all.

Lighthouse Picnics in Ferryland topped up this team prize with ten gourmet picnic gift certificates in appreciation of the volunteerism of the trail maintenance group. De-licious!
