St. John’s Metrobus service reaches stops near two trailheads:

• Spout Path: Shoal Bay Road in Goulds is serviced by Metrobus Route 18.
• Sugarloaf Path: Quidi Vidi Village in St. John’s can is serviced by Metrobus Route 15.
• St. John’s International Airport is served by Metrobus Route 14.

St. John’s Hop On Hop Off is also an option for hikers looking to hike Cape Spear Path.
